Subordinate Services Selection Board (SSSB), recruiting for the post of Clerks in different dept in in the State of Punjab :
Qualification :
(i) Possesses Bachelor’s Degree From recognized University or Institution
And
(ii) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer on Information Technology in office productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications From Government recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified
OR
(iii) Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course Equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department Of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Government of India.
(iv) Candidate should have passed Punjabi up to Matric standard.
(v) Besides above the candidate should have to pass Punjabi Test as per instructions issued by Punjab Govt from time to time.
Application Fee : General Category : Rs.600. SC/ST /BC : Rs.150/- Ex-Serviceman and Dependant : Required No Fee
Pay Scale : 5910/- Rupees per month (Emoluments) for 3 year of induction period which can be extended upto 5 years. After this at the time regular appointment Rs.5910-20200 +1900 Grade pay will be admissible.
Age Limit : Between 18 and 37 years as on 1st Jan. 2011. (01.01.2011). Age relaxation as per the rules of Punjab Government
How to Apply : The candidates have to apply only on-line from 30.7.2011 to 24.08.2011 up to 5:00 p.m. and generate his/her application number. Once his/her application number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form, paste recent attested photograph on it and get it attested from a notary or a Gazetted officer. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip at the time of written test and also counseling if called for.
Last date for online submission of application : August 24, 2011 up to 5:00 PM.
